The Breakthrough Experience Weekend
Level 1 ~ 2 days
This is a unique two day experiential journey into the liberation of your unique expression and voice. A gentle, fun, and safe weekend of movement, toning, singing, group support, permission, self-expression, receiving, opening and getting outside the box and into the body. The result is more freedom to be expressed in all aspects of your life. The weekend culminates in a performance with the awesome Breakthrough Band.

The Breakthrough Performance Workshop
Level II ~ 2months
A life changing adventure, culminating in a performance with a live professional band. This show combines authentic expression through singing, musical theater, choreography, costumes, and celebration. Throughout the weekly sessions, participants are intuitively and expertly guided to use the voice as a doorway to unlock and reclaim aliveness, passion, and authentic expression. You will deepen into the presence and connection to your physical body. This is truly an experience of a lifetime.
Includes two weekends, one Saturday and twelve week nights.

Open Mic
An Ongoing “Support Group” for Breakthrough Workshop Grads
Remember how energizing and transformative it felt to sing into a mic each week during Breakthrough. Through the synergy and support of the group you can transform your emotional process by simply singing a song that matches your energy! Bear witness and be witnessed in this amazing process, as we grow together and individually. Open Mic's are 6-8 weeks long.

Off the Deep End
Level III ~ Graduate Program ~ 10 weeks
Off the Deep End is a journey into self discovery, deeply exploring one's creative essence. Through the fertile spaciousness of meditation, inspiration, and vocal / physical improvisation techniques, we will explore how authentic expression emerges. The goal and intention of this extraordinary journey is to draw out the inner fire, refine your unique expression, and bring it forth in a personal showcase. This process culminates in an evening of sharing and celebrating your special creativity with friends and community.
